Israeli Fight "Goldstone" Report into Gaza War Crimes

The Goldstone Report, which investigated "alleged" Israeli war crimes committed in Gaza last year has been endorsed by the UN Human Rights Council - In an attempt to fight the report Israel claims that the report on their offensive in Gaza would harm the peace process! Judge Goldstones reply was "What peace process are they talking about? There isn't one. The Israeli foreign minister doesn't want one,"

The European Union’s Parliament passed a resolution endorsing the implementation of the recommendations of the report but the US are not in favour! Obama- May Silence Goldstone

There are many committed to bringing any war crimes 'to court' and their tool may have to be under the fourth Geneva convention from 1949  called "universal jurisdiction" and refers to the Fourth Geneva Convention of 1949 that said countries must be able to prosecute anyone who commits grave crimes -See Video
